"In the morning we went to the Mme Tussaud museum, we saw many celebrities like amy WineHouse, the Rock, Queen Elisabeth…and there was also immersive experiences like a 4D marvel movie. We got lunch at a park on a hill with a view of London then we went on a walk near a canal to Camden. We went shopping there to buy some gifts and clothes then we went back to our host families".
Clémence, Emma, Jihann et Carla

"Today we were given the opportunity to discover Madame Tussaud’s museum. During this visit, we were able to discover a multitude of ancient and contemporary worlds through a number of wax sets and statues, giving us a fun way to learn about English history as well as current culture. We then headed to Camden via Regent’s Park and Little Venice, giving us the chance to really discover London culture through street art and street musicians".
Ismahn, Kim, Mélynn et Clément

This morning, we went to the Madame Tussauds museum. We all loved it ! We particularly appreciated the diversity of the museum : there were statues of celebrities, but also exhibitions and immersions in different worlds, as in Star Wars, or with a train that made us travel.

We were impressed by the quality and precision of the statues !
(Fleurine was very moved to (almost) finally see Kylian Mbappé !!!)

We discovered and learned a lot from this museum. For example, we saw criminal cases, with the case of Dennis Nilsen who killed at least 15 people. Known as « THE BUTCHER OF MUSWELL HILL ».

We walked to eat, with a beautiful view !

Then, in the afternoon, we went to Camden Town : a very colorful, unique and cheerful neighborhood !
The culprit of our poverty is this neighbourhood…
We used our English with the natives ! (It is good to see that we understand what they say, thank you LLCE)

It was a very rich day, we impregnated a maximum of English culture !

In summary, this day was fabulous, and it ended on a beautiful sun !

(PS we thank each teacher for this trip that will mark us :

  • Mrs. Ernoult the leader
  • Mrs. Chapuis the photographer
  • Mrs. Wlodarski the mother of the groupe
  • M. Simon the sportsman
We also thank Jeannot and his splendid bus)

Fleurine, Rabia, Chloé et Pricila
Thank you

"For our last day we went to Rochester, we visited the Castel and the church the oldest church of London. Thanks to this visit, we could discover new things such as the legend of The White Lady of Rochester Castle ,which was frightening ! At 12am we went to a pub to eat fish and chips, we ate like true patriots !!!
After that we got a free time and walked all around the city and took beautiful pictures. We took the road around 2pm to go in Dover and took the ferry at 4:30pm. This last day was accompanied by a warm weather and a beautiful sun☀️". Léa, Lisa, Sara et Maëla

"For our last day we went to the city of Rochester. We split the class into two groups, one to the cathedral and the other to visit a castle (Rochester Castle). The first group to go to the cathedral was able to hear a prayer, it was very beautiful. For lunch, we ate fish and chips in a restaurant, except for those who didn’t like it, who ate a chicken hamburger. Then we had some free time in the small village, which is charming. Then we headed back towards Dover. We were lucky enough to get a boat 1.5 hours before so we had pizza for dinner (but at four pm). Once we arrived we had to say goodbye to Jeannot our driver, we realized at that moment that our incredible trip was coming to an end. We can never thank our teachers enough !"
